A cappuccino is priced almost entirely by what surrounds it. Coffee beans are a global commodity that costs roughly the same everywhere, so nearly all of the difference between a $1.50 cup and a $6.50 cup is local rent, wages and what the market will bear. That makes it one of the sharpest signals of local cost of living in the game.

What the spread shows
The cheapest cappuccino in the game is in Egypt at $1.48; the most expensive is in Norway at $5.57. That is a 3.8× difference for the same thing, against a median of $3.67 across all 32 countries.
Ranking by earnings instead of dollars rearranges the table. Argentina has the longest wait — about 61 minutes of the average local wage — while in Italy it is roughly 9 minutes. A country can look cheap in dollars and expensive in hours at the same time, and for most people the hours are what actually matter.
